Westhuizen scares Webb at Kansas Relays Invitational Mile
Peter took the lead after the rabbit dropped out and nearly held off American Record holder Alan Webb this past Saturday. Webb made a furious charge to catch Peter in the last meters 3:58.9 to 3:59.5. The two will square off again at this coming weekend's Drake Relays Mile. |

Vullo battles winds in Boston!
Christina prs again on a tough day, taking several minutes off her best with a fine 2:56:45, 46th female overall. Great job Christina, we know you have a little wedding you need to get busy on now! |

Stenger, Beatie run 1500 at Sioux City Relays
Shannon and Mike were at Olsen Stadium working on early season form this weekend, Shannon turned in 4:04.11 for 6th and Mike rallied for a 4:11.8 good enough for 11th best. |

Wilson scores big pr at Novartis 10K
Dylan knocked an amazing 4 minutes off his 10K pr finishing 3rd overall in 34:11. This is Dylan's second big pr (4:27 pr at St. Farm 10 Mile) in the last month and bodes very well for his effort in the Lincoln Marathon. Brian Wandzilak finished 4th in 34:35 and the following women took the top 4 spots; Michelle Paxton (38:28), Brittany Hubbard (38:32), Bridget Easly (39:33), and Molly Christensen (40:05). |

Beans & BBQ on tap for this weekend:
Peter vd Westhuizen takes on the Kansas Relays (BBQ) 1500 meters while Christina Vullo & Mark Berggren are in Boston (Beans) for the historic Boston Marathon. Christina has had a very solid training cycle, look for her to do great, Mark will be pushing through a hip issue but is not to be denied his shot. Giddyup to both! |
