Welcome to Runner's Nutrition!  This part of the website is meant to help runners understand nutrition and hydration in order to provide maximum effects on performance.  I am a Board Certified Sports Dietitian, but maybe more important is that I have tested and seen results with all of the information I am sharing! 
 
Nutrition and hydration isn't rocket science, but it is certainly a challenge to integrate a tolerable plan for each individual.  I strive to include the most relevant and detailed information for runners, not just the basics!
 
Periodically, the links will be updated with new information.  I hope you can use this as a tool to improve your training!
